Digital Newcomer Packet
Digital Newcomer Packet
If there are no meetings in your area, you're not alone! You can still work the program and be a part of the FA fellowship, even if you're on the FA Frontier. Below you will find a phone list of greeters, FA literature, MP3s of FA members sharing their stories, and a list of FA members who can help you find a sponsor.
The ideal way to learn about FA is at an FA meeting, where you can meet greeters and potential sponsors face to face, pick up literature, and hear experience from others who have faced their food addiction. Many who have no FA meetings in their immediate area have found that a trip of one or two hours to find such a meeting is time well spent. If that is not an option, you can still become a part of FA wherever you are. Welcome to FA!
When you attend an FA meeting, newcomer greeters welcome you, help you find answers to questions, and direct you to available resources. If you're unable to attend an FA meeting, and would like to talk to an FA member who is available to answer questions about FA, you can call anyone on the Greeter List.
